Our Process
1. Consultation
We offer a free 30-minute Zoom consultation in order to get to know you and see how we can help with your next project.
2. Define
After the Zoom consultation, we send the client an email with a project questionnaire and the creative brief. A creative brief is a document that outlines the project's objectives, target audience, and specific requirements. It serves as a guide for graphic designers to understand the client's needs and goals.
3. Design
We primarily use software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create our designs. We then determine the visual elements, including fonts, colours, and images. Once the designs are developed, we present three concepts to the customer and request their feedback.
4. Revision
Gather feedback: Obtain input from clients to adjust the design accordingly. Enhance continuously: Repeatedly refine and enhance the design through iterative revisions.
5. Deliver
Delivering the final product is the primary focus. Operationalise the design: Assess the implementation of the design and make necessary adjustments.
